What influence an individual self-esteem?

Some young people struggle with self-esteem when they begin puberty because the body goes through many changes. These changes, to be accepted by the natural desire to combine, ie it may be tempting for people to be compared with others. You can do it with people around them or with actors and celebrities they see on television, in movies or in magazines to compare.

But it is impossible to measure ourselves with others because the changes that come with puberty are for everyone. Some people start early in development, while others are late bloomers. Some get a temporary layer of fat to prepare for a growth spurt, others fill the time, and others believe they eat to stay thin enough. It all depends on how our genes have programmed our bodies to act.
